Welcome to RentalsAdmin. At RentalsAdmin, we understand that you would rather spend your time on yourself than following up on your tenants’ payments. Whether you have one or many investment properties; our aim is to make sure that your tenants are correctly billed on time.

What We Do

Our job is to generate monthly rental invoices on behalf of our clients who are private property investors. You send us your monthly municipality (water and electricity) bills for forward billing to your tenant. Additionally, we will follow up on missed payments by your tenants.

Monthly tenant billing per property:

rental invoice and statement
calculation of interest accrued duel to late payments by tenants
1 follow up call after 3 days of non-payment
1 follow up email after 3 days of non-payment and a reminder email once a week thereafter for a period of 1 month.

RentalsAdmin service fee:

We will find the right plumbers and contractors to attend to your property's repair needs
We will submit a quotation to you for you to approve before the contractor can do their work
Should you accept the quote, you will pay RentalsAdmin the full quotation amount. RentalsAdmin will pay the contractor a deposit at the beginning of the repair work and the balance once the work is completed. Once the repair work is completed, rentals admin will issue you with an invoice from the contractor and we'll keep a copy for safekeeping.
